Home Made - Control Horns

Here is a simple way to make your own control-horns for foam aircrafts.

1) Basic Material - Plastic Credit Cards (which are defunct!!!)

2) Cut them to the shape shown in adjacent figure

3) Use a scissor to make holes for snap-on connectors

4) Bend the lower portion along the width by 2mm (use a nose plyer)

5) How to install - Make a sharp incision on the foam control surface. Apply epoxy on control horn surface which would make contact with the foam when it is inserted inside the incision.
